Proses Apikasi visa Aupair NORWAY

  1. Three documents after finishing registration at  UDI Selfservice portal
    • Application form
    • Cover Letter
    • Payment confirmation (receipt)
  2. Contract between you and host family (8 pages, please find attached; you have to fulfill and sign it, 1);
  3. Two (2) visa photos (passport size);
  4. Original and one copy of your passport (all marked pages);
  5. Copies of the host-family IDs (are attached, 3 and 4);
  6. Insurance certificate (we will send it to you soon);
  7. Power of Attorney on Cover Letter (you have to fulfill and to sign it) – you will get this page when you print out Cover Letter, at UDI’s web page, when you have finished the registration. The example is attached.
  8. Copy of your Birth Certificate;
  9. Copy of your diploma. It is very IMPORTANT! You do not have a right to come to Norway before your Norwegian visa is issued if you do not submit copy of your diploma proving your high education (bachelor degree minimum) to the Embassy.
  10. Copy of your current work permit; (berlaku kalau kamu diposisi seperti saya (sedang dalam proses aupair di negara lain) saat pengajuan visa)
  11. Certificate from UDI that host family completed e-learning course (see in attachment, 2);
  12. Checklist for the au pair (see attachment). Please fulfill and send a copy of your "Checklist" to us before you submit the documents. Please send it as soon as possible, and no later than a few days before you are going to apply for visa, to provide us enough time to look through your checklist and reply to you.
    Please also note:
        According to the rules of the au pair program, you have to return to your home country after finishing your au pair contract in Norway! If you have plans other than returning to your home country (like studying in Norway, to be au pair in another European country or to find a job in Norway) you cannot be issued an au pair visa.
Please be aware that "Au Pair" is a cultural exchange program and you are supposed to be part of the family. As an au pair you are entitled to attend Norwegian language courses, and be interested in learning more about Norwegian culture. An au pair is allowed to work 5 hours a day, not more than 30 hours a week. An au pair is not allowed to work extra in her host family or any other families. Please pay attention to the fact that if you have any relatives in Norway, it might affect your chance of obtaining your au pair permit. Please inform us if you have any relatives in Norway before you apply for visa.
Earning money shall not be the purpose of your stay as au pair. The pocket money which you receive from the host family is meant to cover living expenses during the program. When you apply for your visa, please be aware that if you mention purpose of "earning money" - you face the highest risk of being rejected.
An Au Pair is supposed to help the family by taking care of children and doing easy household duties. Please also remember that candidates who are applying for au pair program should not be married, divorced, or have children. The authorities are really strict regarding these issues, they are checking each candidate assiduously and candidates will get a visa rejection if they have been married before or have children!
According to rules of the au pair program, you have to return to your home after finishing au pair contract in Norway! If you have plans other than returning to your home country, you cannot be issued an au pair visa!

A few important steps you have to be aware of when you are registering:

Please payattention while fulfilling application form there will be a question:
"Send application to references" please choose  - "No" . It will save you time.

If you have a valued Shchengen visa, and if you can prove that you have higher education (bachelor degree minimum), you may move to Norway even before your au pair permit is issued, but we do not recommend that you move to your host family's house before your permit is issued. If you want to stay in Norway while waiting for your visa approval, you have to come to Norway at least 3-4 days before your current visa expires, and stay at a friend's place, if you have some.
